The aim of the Project is the utilization, management and exploitation of the Piraeus Tower after more than 35 years of inactivity. The whole complex will be of high standards, making the whole building unique for the Greek data and especially for the center of Piraeus. With the operation of the proposed Project, the infrastructure and the value of the area that hosts it are completely upgraded, entrepreneurship is strengthened and new jobs are created.
