The reconstruction of the former facilities of the Papastratos tobacco industry in the Municipality of Piraeus is nearing completion, an emblematic project for the area in which our company participated. Specifically, the buildings PPP1 (PIRAEUS PORT PLAZA 1) and PPP2 (PIRAEUS PORT PLAZA 1) have been completed, while the remodeling of PPP3 (PIRAEUS PORT PLAZA 3) is expected to be completed.
Preparation of an Environmental Impact Study for the environmental licensing of the project “Utilization of management and operation of the Piraeus Merchant Shipping Center (ENK PIRAEUS)” of the company DIMAND A.E. The aim of the Project is the utilization, management and exploitation of the Piraeus Tower after more than 35 years of inactivity. The whole complex will be of high standards, making the whole building unique for the Greek data and especially for the center of Piraeus. With the operation of the proposed Project, the infrastructure and the value of the area that hosts it are completely upgraded, entrepreneurship is strengthened and new jobs are created.
